Give Qurbani. Share Blessings. Bring Joy to Families in Need.
Qurbani (Udhiya) is a sacred act of worship performedduring Eid-ulAdha,symbolising
devotion, sacrifice, and gratitude — following the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (AS).
Through the Yarah Charity Qurbani Programme in Sri Lanka, your sacrifice reaches
families facing hardship, food insecurity, and poverty — ensuring they too can celebrate Eid
with dignity and hope.
Your Qurbani is more than a sacrifice — it is an act of compassion that changes lives.
How Qurbani with Yarah Charity Works

Step 1 — Select Your Qurbani Option
Choose a full animal or a valid share in a large animal.
Step 2 — We Arrange the Animal
We source healthy, Shariah-compliant animals through local farmers and suppliers.
Step 3 — Sacrifice & Distribution
The Qurbani is carried out:
● after Eid Salah
● during the prescribed days of Dhul-Hijjah
● strictly according to Islamic guidelines
Fresh meat then distributed to:
● low-income families
● widows and single-parent households
● elderly and vulnerable people
● rural and drought-affected communities
Every sacrifice is completed with dignity, respect, and transparency.
